No matter what I do my supply sucks
I use the sns, I pump, I take fenugreek, mothersmilk tea etc and still my supply sucks. I assume it is because of the high does of effexor I'm taking. If I pump I have to squeeze my breats until there are bruises to get anything out and even then it is not enough. The sns is great but Michael hates the tubing and is so grabby with his hands he usually pulls out tubing and then the fight to get him to re-latch begins. If you are of the praying type can...
